Rich uploads v30 with his comments. Kathy calls for any final comments. Jess lets the group know about some family issues and will work on preco/postco comments tonight.
3/24 Melissa votes for fallout and responds that she is satisfied with the v30 draft. Josh also lets the group know his comments have been posted and that he votes for fallout as well. Jess uploads v31 and v32 with her comments.
3/25 This was a busy day. Kathy posts a reply from Prof. Wilson regarding the assignment due today and the group settles on fallout as the third criteria. The group really comes together and works hard today to get the draft ready for submission. Everyone seems to feel good about the product created. Kathy and Rich agree to work on the design phase while the rest of the team will carry out the testing phase.
3/26 The team receives positive feedback from Prof. Wilson! The team is happy.

Kathy announces that the testing phase may begin and suggest Thursday night or Friday morning as a possible deadline. She also shares with the group that she has created an Excel file where she can paste in the search results and it will quickly calculate recall, precision, and fallout, with mean and standard deviation. Kathy asks Melissa is she will be up for assembling and formatting everything into the final APA-style document Friday afternoon/evening.
4/8 Melissa posts that she will complete the worksheet tonight and agrees to compile the document on Friday. Kathy provides some helpful tips for the testers. Josh is the first to reply with his completed worksheet.
4/9 Jess posts with her testing results worksheet and asks Melissa to also check the formatting of the document and also asks for confirmation about what exactly needs to be submitted by each group member. Kathy responds that “Yes, the group generates just one file, then each of us attaches our own evaluation and submits it individually.” Kathy begins analysis of the data and will write up an initial draft of conclusions for the team to review. Jess inquires about the status of the user guide and offers assistance to the group on part C. Rich is working on completing the user guide by this evening and asks for feedback from the group.
